Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry.
- Slather the salmon with a mix of olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
Cooking
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
Notes
Make sure the salmon is not overcrowded on the baking tray for best results. Adjust seasonings to your preference. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can also be meal prepped and paired with fresh sides throughout the week.
