Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, and smoked paprika together.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the mixture.
- Place the fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily but is not dry.
Notes
For best results, pat salmon dry before seasoning. Don't overcrowd the baking tray to roast salmon crispy. You can also use skinless salmon if preferred.
