Preparation
  1. Press sauté in the Instant Pot and crumble the ground beef into the pot.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

  5. Add broth or water, ensuring there's enough liquid for pressure cooking.
  6. Close the lid, set the valve correctly, and pressure cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Perform a quick release, open the lid, and add cheese if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lime, if desired.

Notes
