Preparation
- Prepare three bowls: one for flour, one for whisked eggs, and one for seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in the eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
Cooking
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it sizzles when a drop of water is added.
- Fry chicken strips for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Check the internal temperature.
- Drain cooked chicken strips on a wire rack to maintain their crispiness.
Notes
For added flavor, season breadcrumbs to taste. Allow chicken to cool on a rack to avoid sogginess. Best served fresh, but can be reheated in the oven for leftovers.
