  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs Panko for extra crunch if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying Canola or peanut oil recommended

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips of even thickness.
  2. Set up a breading station: one bowl for flour, another for whisked eggs, and a third for seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken strip in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the strips for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Check the internal temperature to ensure it's cooked through.
  4. Remove strips from the oil and drain on a wire rack.

Notes

Let the fried chicken strips cool on a rack to maintain crispiness. They can be served with various dips like ranch, spicy mayo, or ketchup.
