Assembly
- Lay the warmed tortilla flat and layer with lettuce, chicken mixture, and shredded carrots.
- Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing on top.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you roll.
- If desired, give the wrapped tortilla a quick sear in a hot skillet to melt the filling.
Notes
Do not overload the wraps to avoid sogginess. Keep filling and tortillas separate when meal-prepping.
