  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Use leftovers if available.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on your spice preference.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional for added flavor.
  • to taste salt Season as desired.
  • 1 lime fresh lime juice Optional for a zesty kick.
For Assembling the Wraps
  • 4 large tortillas Soft taco or burrito tortillas recommended.
  • 1 cup lettuce Use cold, crisp lettuce.
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots Optional for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing Use based on preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shred about two cups of rotisserie chicken and place in a bowl.
  2. Add buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice to the chicken, stirring until fully coated.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or skillet for a few seconds.
Assembly
  1. Lay the warmed tortilla flat and layer with lettuce, chicken mixture, and shredded carrots.
  2. Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing on top.
  3. Wrap the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you roll.
  4. If desired, give the wrapped tortilla a quick sear in a hot skillet to melt the filling.

Notes

Do not overload the wraps to avoid sogginess. Keep filling and tortillas separate when meal-prepping.
