- Dip marinated chicken tenders in the flour-panko mixture until well coated.
Cooking
- In a skillet with hot oil, fry the chicken until golden brown—about 3 minutes per side.
- Combine coleslaw mix with mayo, sweet chili sauce, and hot sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Slice slider buns in half. Layer the cooked chicken on the bottom half, top generously with coleslaw, sprinkle with green onion, and place the top bun.

- Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve immediately.
Notes
These sliders are best served fresh. You can prep the chicken ahead and assemble the sliders right before serving to avoid sogginess. Use light mayo for a healthier twist.
